I was eighteen years old when my life took a course I hadn’t chosen. While other young women my age were navigating school, friendships, and their own futures freely, I was being prepared for an arranged marriage — a directive from my family, not a conversation.

In those early years, I struggled to find my own identity. I was fulfilling a role assigned to me while feeling disconnected from the life I was expected to embrace. But something within me refused to disappear. Through small, deliberate steps of learning, reflecting, and growing, I found the power to heal and redefine my path.

That journey became the foundation of everything I do today. Now a certified CBT practitioner and life coach with over five years of experience, I work with individuals across the UK who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain — helping them rediscover their voice, rebuild their confidence, and create change that truly lasts.
